Shu Wen Toh

Shu Wen Toh is a product lead at CapitaLand, overseeing the digital products for CapitaLand Retail, including the CapitaStar rewards program and eCapitaVoucher, since January 2014. Prior to this role, Shu Wen served as a product manager for CapitaStar, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and began the career at CapitaLand as a senior executive focused on enhancing customer experiences in commercial buildings. Earlier experience includes consultancy for SME clients at Human Capital Singapore and a role as a business analyst at Singapore Airlines, contributing to a large-scale IT project. Shu Wen holds a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
