Vanessa Tennyson is the Founder & CEO of Capitalize Your Humanity and a Global Executive and Leadership Coach. Vanessa is also an Executive Coach & Facilitator at Chief, where Vanessa serves as a Core Group Guide for Chief members. Vanessa previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Wayside Recovery Center, where Vanessa implemented new best practices for human resources. With a background as Chief Operating Officer, CFO, CHRO, and CAO at Michaud Cooley Erickson, Vanessa strategically grew the company's revenue from $3M to $23M. Vanessa is a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise at the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota.
