Kelly Perlberg

Senior Director, Talent at Capital Power

Kelly Perlberg has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Starting from 2005, Kelly worked as the Program Director and Client Services at the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. In 2007, Kelly joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. Moving forward, Kelly became a part of Midland Cogeneration Venture LP in 2011, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources initially. Throughout their tenure at Midland Cogeneration Venture LP, Kelly held various positions including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Support, Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Support and Communications, and finally Vice President of People, EH&S and Information Systems. Additionally, Kelly was also a Member of the Executive Board at Junior Achievement of Central Michigan from 2012 to 2016 and a Member of the Board of Directors at the United Way of Midland County from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Kelly is employed at Capital Power as the Vice President of People Services for the MCV division.

Kelly Perlberg has a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. Before that, they obtained an Associate Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Delta College. Prior to their associate degree, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
