Lisa Singh is the current Associate Director at CapitalRise. Lisa has over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Lisa started their career as a Relationship Support Manager at Bank of Ireland and then moved to Bank Leumi where they worked for 3 years. In 2014, they joined West One Loans as a Manager - Property Development.Lisa has successfully managed a property development portfolio and has been responsible for due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of new deals. Lisa has also written credit papers and assessed risks associated with new business opportunities. Lisa is highly skilled in cash flow analysis and has a keen eye for detail. Lisa is also very customer focused and has maintained strong relationships with both customers and brokers.

Lisa Singh attended the University of North London, where they studied BSc (Hons) Business & Computing.
