Amy Noga

Amy Noga has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting with their role as a Vice President of Operations at Capitas Financial since 2015. In this position, they are responsible for daily operations, project management, and resource management. Amy also builds and maintains strategic relationships with Capitas' preferred carriers, national accounts, and vendors.

Prior to their current role, Amy worked at Aon (fka Stratford 360) as an Assistant VP/Team Lead from 2011 to 2015. Amy'sresponsibilities included managing new business and administration personnel to ensure efficient underwriting processes and client deliverables. Amy utilized their strong project management and operational skills to meet team and company goals.

Before joining Aon, Amy worked at Prudential Insurance from 2006 to 2011. Amy held the position of Senior Account Specialist, where they focused on relationship management of key Brokerage General Agency accounts. Amy delivered high-quality underwriting and post-issue support through management of personnel and operations.

Amy's work experience dates back to 1988 when they joined Clark Consulting. Initially, they served as a Director of Client Services until 2004. During this time, Amy also held the position of Vice President.

Amy Noga attended the University of Minnesota from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
