Merisha Debipersadh Naicker

Merisha Debipersadh Naicker has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Merisha started their career at Deloitte in 2014 as a Consultant in the Capital Markets team, working on credit consulting for banks and financial companies. Later in the same year, they joined Nedbank as a Risk Analyst, specializing in PD, EAD, and LGD models for Basel and IFRS9. Merisha worked in the Monitoring of Scorecards team until 2017. Following that, they worked at EY as an Assistant Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined PwC as a Manager and stayed there until 2021. Currently, they are working at Capitec Bank as a Senior Decision Scientist, with a promotion to Lead Decision Scientist in April 2022.

Merisha Debipersadh Naicker completed their education from 2009 to 2013 at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics (Honours).
