Mohamed Abd El-Shafi has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Mohamed started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Asfour Crystal, where they learned about construction and business success under the guidance of a high-level manager. Mohamed also gained knowledge about work study and time-study.

Mohamed then pursued an internship at LEONI as an Industrial Engineering Intern, where they further developed their skills in industrial engineering.

Later, they joined Mashwar as a Projects Manager, Vice President (Village) and successfully implemented a full documentation system for every section of the organization. Mohamed also introduced an additional source of income through an entrepreneurship track and provided flexible project plans, scheduling, and risk assessment.

Following this, Mohamed interned at Kellogg Company as a Working Systems Intern, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.

Mohamed then transitioned to Aramex, where they served as a Last Mile Operations Executive and later as a Senior Operations Executive. In these roles, they undertook various responsibilities such as capacity planning, overall operations performance analysis, customer performance analysis, operations investigation, creating new operational processes, standardizing processes, and managing last-mile operations. Mohamed also played a key role in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma across Aramex operations in Egypt.

Recently, Mohamed worked as a Data Analyst at Upwork, utilizing their analytical skills to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Currently, they are employed as an Operations Excellence Leader - Project's Manager at Capiter, where they focus on building a top-tier supply chain operations. Mohamed'sachievements at Capiter include significantly improving warehouse fulfillment rates and increasing monthly revenue generation.

Overall, Mohamed Abd El-Shafi has gained extensive experience in operations management, project management, process improvement, and data analysis throughout their career.

Mohamed Abd El-Shafi (LSSBB) completed their education at Cairo University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mohamed attended Cairo University from 2015 to 2020.

In addition to their degree, Mohamed has obtained several certifications in various fields. In October 2022, they achieved a certification in SQL (Basic) from HackerRank. In October 2021, they completed a Data Analysis Professional certification from Udacity. In September 2021, Mohamed acquired a certification in Fundamentals of Lean from Lean Academy - Lean Six Sigma Training.
