Eric Ervin has a strong background in the cement industry, with significant experience in various management roles. Eric is currently serving as the Vice President of Cement at Capitol Aggregates, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at LafargeHolcim in the US where they held the position of Vice President, Manufacturing U.S. Cement. In this role, they were responsible for the operation of 9 cement manufacturing plants across the United States. Before their tenure at LafargeHolcim, Eric worked at Holcim as the General Manager of the Manufacturing Performance Center & Slag Plants.
From 1989 to 1991, Eric Ervin attended the University of Southern Colorado, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Natural Science.
