Rusty Winters

Rusty Winters has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rusty started their career at Cianbro Corporation in 1980 as QC & Technical Services. From 1983 to 1995, they worked at W.R. GRACE & COMPANY, INC as Manager of Technical Services, where they provided sales training and marketing support. From 1995 to 2006, they operated their own marketing consulting company called VIDEO CONSTRUCTION, providing digital media production services and consulting to the construction industry. Rusty then joined SIKA CORPORATION as Director of Marketing from 2006 to 2007. At SIKA CORPORATION, they managed the marketing department and directed R&D projects. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Propex as an Engineering Services Manager, where they managed a group that supported Territory Managers and provided engineering data and calculations. Since 2010, they have been working at Capitol Aggregates as Director of Technical Services and Marketing.

Rusty Winters attended Salem State University, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Administration and English. The duration of the education is not specified.
