Joe (Alton) Anderson is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in airspace management and project leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager at Capitol Airspace Group since June 2014, Joe supports over 250 projects nationwide, focusing on balancing economic development with National Airspace System protection. Joe's previous roles include Project Manager, Senior Airspace & GIS Specialist, and Airspace Specialist, where Joe developed analytical processes and enhanced obstruction evaluations. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Aviation Management and multiple undergraduate degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where Joe also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Government Association Treasurer. Joe's extensive experience includes managerial roles in hospitality, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations and financial management.
