David Bridges

David Bridges is a legal professional with extensive experience in government relations and tax policy. Currently serving as a Partner at Capitol Counsel, LLC since January 2023, David previously held the position of Tax Counsel for Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming from May 2021 to January 2023 and for Representative Tom Reed of New York from January 2020 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Government Relations at Kimberly-Clark from January 2018 to January 2020, and as Manager and Coordinator of Government Relations at the Edison Electric Institute from August 2008 to January 2018. David earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Business from The University of Dallas.
