Aaron Matlack

Aaron Matlack, FACHE, MHA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2005 as a Financial Analyst at NIx Healthcare System, they then moved on to Memorial Hermann Healthcare System where they served as an Administrative Fellow and later as a Director of Operations. In 2012, Aaron co-founded Alliance MRI, a network of outpatient imaging centers in Texas, and also became a Managing Partner at Alliance Healthcare Partners, LLC. In 2016, they co-founded Alliance Lab Group LLC, a business development company that focuses on serving specialty labs and pharmacies. Most recently, Aaron has taken on the role of Managing Owner at MEDTECH LABORATORY SERVICES LLC and will soon be assuming the position of Managing Director at Capitol Imaging Services in 2023. Throughout their career, Aaron has achieved significant growth, developed channel-partner relationships, and worked closely with physicians to streamline diagnostics and meet regulatory requirements.

Aaron Matlack, FACHE, MHA completed their Master's in Healthcare Administration at Trinity University from 2005 to 2007. Aaron also holds the certification of Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives, which they obtained in 2013.
