Maria Rabinovich

Maria Rabinovich has a wealth of experience in legal roles. Maria began their career in 2007 as Director, Associate General Counsel at UBS, where they advised on securities regulations pertaining to monthly distribution of structured products and hedge fund call warrant program. In 2009, they moved to FINRA as Principal Counsel, supervising a team of regulatory coordinators in the approval process for broker dealer FINRA Rule 1017 application filings. In 2012, they joined Scotiabank as Director, Structured Products and Equity Derivatives. In 2016, they moved to BNP Paribas as Senior Legal Consultant, working with the structuring desks in New York and Paris on proprietary indices in connection with the 1933 Act, Section 3(a)(2) program and Rule 144A. From 2020 to present, they have been General Counsel at Raisin US Inc., helping to build out a web-based platform for FDIC insured CDs for retail customers and negotiating on-boarding agreements with banks and credit unions. Maria is currently Head Of Legal at Caplight.

Maria Rabinovich attended Columbia University and New York Law School.
