Abhijit Kosalge

Abhijit Kosalge is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Formulation and Development at Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd since August 2025, focusing on the development of solid oral and liquid dosage forms in oncology. Prior to this role, Abhijit worked at Sakar Healthcare as Manager of Formulation and Development from October 2021 to October 2025, and spent over a decade at M.J. Biopharma from August 2010 to October 2021, where responsibilities included the formulation and development of solid and liquid injectable dosage forms for semi-regulated and ROW markets. Abhijit holds a Master of Pharmacy degree in Pharmaceutics from Nandha College of Pharmacy and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
