Nikita Panikar

Nikita Panikar is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design and multimedia production. Currently serving as Creative Lead at Capline Services since March 2022, Nikita has previously held key roles at Matra Design Thinking and AI as Senior Manager - Design and Strategy, and as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Video Producer with notable projects for Schbang PVT LTD and Zoom Abroad. Prior experience includes a Creative Lead position at MIRO, where strategic social media initiatives and content production were primary responsibilities. In academia, Nikita contributed as an AV/Multimedia Specialist and Graphic and Video Producer at UNSW, alongside roles in sales and customer service at GoGet Carshare and Woolworths Supermarkets. An education background includes a Master’s Degree in Design from UNSW and a Bachelor of Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design.
