Lacee Jáuregui has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they served as Chair of the GLBT Resource Center Advisory Board at the University of Colorado. In 2010, they held two roles, Treatment Counselor at Imagine! and Technical Support & Training Manager at Apple. In 2015, they were HR and Operations Coordinator at Seamless Product Development, and from 2016 to present, they have worked at Cappello's in a variety of roles, including Sales Finance Manager, Demand Planning Manager, and Operations Coordinator. As Demand Planning Manager, they managed production at three separate locations across the US, forecasting production demand, maintaining vendor relations, quality control, and production scheduling. Lacee also directed the company's US freight program, overseeing customer fulfillment and inventory management for all US retailers, as well as internal east and west coast ecommerce fulfillment centers. As Operations Coordinator, they coordinated, scheduled, and facilitated resources across HR, manufacturing production, hiring, training, and customer relations, and designed and implemented the company's first digital record keeping system.

Lacee Jáuregui has a diverse educational background. Lacee earned a B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Gender Studies, and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Political Science and a Certificate in LGBTQ Studies. Lacee also participated in the King’s/Pembroke College Study Abroad Program at the University of Cambridge. Lacee has also attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
