Dr. Christian Fillinger

Dr. Christian Fillinger has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Dr. Christian currently serves as the CEO of Capptoo AG, a digital consultancy company specializing in omnichannel marketing and customer experience projects for Pharma/Life Sciences giants. Dr. Christian has successfully led over 500 projects with esteemed clients such as Roche, AstraZeneca, and Bayer. In 2022, Dr. Fillinger assumed the role of CEO at Screver AG, where they focus on revolutionizing digital interfaces and interactions to enhance customer and employee experiences. Dr. Christian is also the Co-Founder of Oncology Compass, a platform that provides curated and relevant clinical information to oncologists and physicians. Prior to these roles, Dr. Fillinger co-founded Sincera Asset Management, aiming to redefine and democratize asset management. Dr. Christian has also held managerial positions at Unit4, IBM, gateB, and Oracle, where they gained expertise in corporate performance management, business process management, and sales management in the financial services industry.

Dr. Christian Fillinger obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Finanzwesen from the University of Gloucestershire during the period of 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a CAS in Banking at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland from 2007 to 2008. Dr. Christian also holds a BGSB MBA degree in Management, Strategy, Finance, and Communication from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which they earned from 2004 to 2006.
