Megan Michel

Megan Michel has been working at Capra Bank since March 2023 as the Senior Vice President Operations. Prior to that, she was with Heartland Financial USA, Inc. from May 2004 to March 2023, where she held various roles including Director, Retail Operations Officer, Retail Systems Support Manager, and Deposit Application Coordinator. Megan Michel obtained her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004.
