Tamera Kaufman Netsell

Tamera Kaufman Netsell is the Vice President Human Resources at Capra Bank, having previously worked at HTLF as a Senior Regional HR Business Partner. She has also held positions at AXA Assistance, Navistar Inc., and The MAGIC Foundation. Tamera has a Master's of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from DePaul University.
