Michelle Pirrello, GMS-T, possesses extensive experience in global compensation and payroll management, currently serving as Manager of Global Compensation at CapRelo since July 2017. Previous roles include Team Lead and Compensation Analyst within the same organization and International Compensation and Payroll Specialist positions at Conduent and Xerox, where responsibilities included tracking tax equalization calculations and preparing various cost estimates.
