Jitendra Kumar is an experienced Information Technology professional with a comprehensive background in end-user support and IT operations. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Capri Global Capital Ltd. since September 2022, Jitendra leads helpdesk technicians in the Northern Region of India, managing centralized helpdesk functions and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. Prior experience includes working as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Spykar Lifestyles Pvt Ltd. from November 2015 to August 2022, where expertise in diagnosing and resolving various IT issues was developed. Jitendra has also held roles in technical support and training, and possesses degrees in Information Technology, including a Master of Computer Applications from Amity University. Additional qualifications include a diploma in Hardware & Networking from IACM.
