Rhea Kapoor

Rhea Kapoor is an emerging professional in the field of Human Resources and Psychology, currently serving as a Total Rewards Intern at Capri Holdings Limited since June 2024. Prior experience includes an HR Intern role focused on Culture & Engagement Analysis at Catered Consulting, LLC., and a position as a Psychology Researcher at Consumers' Affiliative Processes Laboratory, where Rhea led an independent research project on employee procrastination under Dr. Caprariello at Stony Brook University. Additional internships include outreach and marketing experiences with The Humanology Project and Grey Group, respectively. Rhea has held leadership roles, such as Treasurer of Hall Council and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University, fostering communication and diversity initiatives. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University.
