Geri Krupp-Gordon

Keeping a large, diverse portfolio of senior living campuses running efficiently and effectively is no small task. In fact, it takes someone with skills, experience and tenacity. Luckily, they have Geri Krupp-Gordon to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer. With over 30 years of experience as both a registered nurse and an attorney, Geri knows how to keep not just one, but all of the communities operating at their peak. She is a natural leader in the senior living industry and brings that expertise to Capri through a variety of training and development programs. She also has experience as Co-General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for all things licensure, survey support, HIPAA, risk management, regulatory appeals and negotiations with regulatory agencies. Basically, she keeps us up and running. Her work doesn’t end with her day job, she serves on the board for the Waukesha Academy of Health Professions.
