Nicholas Fielding

Nicholas Fielding has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Nicholas started their career at Turnberry Isle Miami where they held various roles as Director of Restaurants and Dir Restaurants. Nicholas then worked at Spago Beverly Hills as an Assistant General Manager before moving on to Table 8, South Beach where they served as a General Manager. Following that, they became the General Manager at Wilshire Restaurant. Nicholas then joined Noble House Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Food and Beverage and later as the Corporate Director of Restaurants. Nicholas continued their career at China Grill Management as the Corporate Director of Operations and then moved to Silva International Investments as the Vice President of Food & Beverage. Before joining Timbers Resorts as the Corporate Director of Operations, they were the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Timbers Resorts. Nicholas also worked as the VP of Restaurant Operations at Groot Hospitality. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Caprice Holdings Ltd.
