Mark Awadalla

Mark Awadalla has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. starting in January 2023. Before joining Capricor Therapeutics, they held various roles at Celularity Inc., including Vice President of Clinical Research & Development from May 2021 to January 2023, and Executive Director of Clinical Operations from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Mustang Bio from January 2018 to September 2020. Mark also served as the Director of Clinical Development at Lion Biotechnologies, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2017. Mark started their career at Celgene, where they worked as the Global Clinical Trials Manager from May 2007 to May 2016. Before that, they held the position of Senior Global Clinical Project Manager at Cmed Clinical Services from September 2005 to May 2007. Mark began their career as a Contract Consultant Clinical Research Manager at Various Consulting Firms from August 2001 to September 2005.
