Nathaniel Hogan

Nathaniel Hogan, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of biostatistics and quantitative modeling, currently serving as the Director of Biostatistics at Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Hogan held the Manager of Model Risk Management position at Merrick Bank and was a Senior Statistician at Pentara Corporation. Hogan's extensive experience includes key roles at Zions Bancorporation, where significant contributions were made as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in quantitative modeling, focusing on credit-loss modeling and advanced machine learning techniques. Early career experience includes data science at KPMG and academic roles at Rice University, culminating in a PhD in Applied Physics from Rice University, where Hogan also earned an MS and a BS in the same field from the same institution and Brigham Young University, respectively.
