Role Purpose
This role is responsible for contributing to the business growth objectives of Capricorn Insurance Services (CIS) by supporting the CIS team and the Capricorn Risk Services (CRS) field team with technical assistance and advice. This position is also responsible for obtaining insurance quotes and processing and assisting with placements as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
• Excellent communication, including verbal, written and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage numerous tasks within set timeframes to meet deadlines.
• Ability to show initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office, including Excel.
• High level of service orientation.
Experience
• Previous experience in commercial broking, preferably with SMEs.
• Experience with iBais (desirable).
Qualifications
• Tier 1 RG146 qualification (essential).
