The role and what we are looking for

Our Customer Service Officers provide excellent customer service over the phone to Capricorn members across Australia and New Zealand. There is no cold calling or sales as part of this role, the focus is on providing a solution focused approach in supporting our members when they call. We are looking for candidates who can work a rotating roster with shifts starting from 7:00am EST.

Day to day for our team looks something like:

  • Assisting members with their phone and email queries
  • Following up outstanding phone and email queries through to resolution
  • Keeping our in-house data base up to date with member details
  • Processing member redemption forms

We are looking for people who have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, friendly can do attitude
