Tamela Martin has a diverse work experience starting from 2010 until present. In 2014, they worked as a Project Trainer at Capricorn Society Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing training strategies and resources for the Epicor ERP and CRM system. Prior to that, they worked at Fremantle Education Centre as a Lecturer, delivering nationally accredited training and developing course material. From 2011 to 2013, Tamela was a Training Manager for the Business Transformation Programme at Horizon Power, overseeing the development and implementation of an online training tool. Tamela also served as a Technology Training Coordinator at Horizon Power, managing software training for staff. In 2019, they became a Catalyst Change Manager at the City of Armadale. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Change and Communications at Capricorn Society Ltd.
Tamela Martin's education history begins in 2003 at Curtin University, where they obtained a Certificate III and IV in Business, focusing on the field of study in business. In 2004, they pursued further studies at Curtin University and obtained a Certificate IV in Business specifically in Small Business Management. Following this, in 2010 to 2011, Tamela attended the Fremantle Education Centre, where they received a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, specializing in delivering training and assessing students. In 2016, they briefly returned to the Fremantle Education Centre and completed a Diploma of Management. In terms of additional certifications, Tamela became a Change Practitioner in November 2018 through Prosci.
