Dell Edwards-Burke has extensive experience in advocacy and health coaching, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Parent Advocate, and Health Wellness Coach at C.A.P.S. INC. since March 2021. Previously, Dell has held the role of Health and Wellness Coach and Family Advocate at the same organization since March 2020 and January 2014, respectively. In these positions, Dell advocates for parents of children and adults with disabilities and supports caregivers through resource provision and training. Dell holds an Associate of Arts degree in Special Education from Lasalle University, earned in September 2014.
