Anna-Leena Hakuli

Anna-Leena Hakuli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fashion and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board at Caps Look® since December 2020, Anna-Leena specializes in helping Finnish women optimize their wardrobes through a tailored capsule dressing methodology. Prior to this role, Anna-Leena held various positions at Ikano Bank from September 2005 to December 2020, culminating in the role of Managing Director at Ikano Rahoitus Oy. In these positions, responsibilities included overseeing marketing strategies and communications for both B2C and B2B clients. Anna-Leena's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Aalto University.
