Patricia Taylor

Patricia Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various industries and positions. Patricia is currently the Head of People and Culture at Capsifi, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Patricia worked at Recreo Financial as the Head of Strategic HR from June 2019 to February 2023. During their time at Recreo, Patricia was responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and scalability in the financial services industry.

Before their role at Recreo, Patricia worked as an HR Business Partner at Eclipx Group from May 2018 to December 2018. Patricia also served as an HR Project Manager (contract) at Multiplex from August 2017 to February 2018.

From July 2011 to June 2017, Patricia worked at Commonwealth Bank as an HR Manager, where they supported the executive team in implementing fit-for-purpose HR initiatives and Group programs. Patricia played a key role in supporting business transformations through royal commissions and subsequent transformation and remediation programs.

In addition to their roles at Recreo and Commonwealth Bank, Patricia has held various HR positions at Genworth Financial, Insurance Australia Group, Qantas Holidays, and NSW Health. Patricia has demonstrated experience in business partnering, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, culture and engagement, remuneration, and employee relations.

Patricia Taylor completed their Honours degree in Sociology and Economics at the University of Lille 1, France, from 1996 to 2001. Patricia then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources at the same university from 1999 to 2002.
