Rachelle Gold has extensive experience in various business analysis and architecture roles. Rachelle started their career at American Express in 2000, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst and later advanced to become a Lead Business Systems Analyst. In these positions, they led cross-functional teams to develop and implement a global business system, addressing limitations of legacy systems and ensuring future adaptability. After their time at American Express, they joined the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority in 2009 as a Business Analyst/Test Lead and later became a Senior Business Analyst. Rachelle then moved on to work at CAPSICUM Business Architects in 2014 as a Senior Business Architect. Currently, they are the Director of Services and Coaching at Capsifi.

Rachelle Gold attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in the field of Information Technology.
