Courtney Larsen

Courtney Larsen has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Courtney started their career at Capitol Indemnity Corporation as a Surety Underwriting Support Staff and later became a Surety Support Staff Supervisor. Courtney then worked as an Underwriter at Capitol Indemnity Corporation before moving to Capitol Insurance Companies as a Business Analyst. Later, they became a Systems & Marketing Analyst - Surety & Fidelity and contributed to increasing eBusiness sales and marketing activities. Courtney also worked at Phat Phunktion, LLC as a Member. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Surety Operations & eBusiness at CapSpecialty, where they are responsible for developing a consistent and integrated client experience. Courtney previously held the role of Surety & Fidelity E-Business Manager at CapSpecialty, where they oversaw the digital underwriting platform and other related e-Business channels.

Courtney Larsen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1993 and 1998. Courtney also has additional certification as a Founding Member of Madison Professional Women for Good, obtained from Grapevine in 2023.
