Ellen Shaggy is a seasoned professional in the information technology sector, currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at CapSpecialty since December 2015. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as an IT Technical Analyst at Chubb and Sons for over two decades, where responsibilities included developing, maintaining, and enhancing multiple systems such as Profitability Scoring, Issuance, Product Development, and Quote and Binding within the CSI IT department. Ellen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 1995, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from the same institution, completed in 1989.
