Jim Flavion

Jim Flavion, a regional manager at CapSpecialty, currently oversees the Surety division in the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast regions. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a director of underwriting at RLI Insurance Company and as a senior underwriter at Seaboard Surety Company.
