Lynne Fletcher

Lynne Fletcher has extensive work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Lynne started their career at CIGNA Healthcare in 1984 as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 2005. After that, they joined Allied World Assurance as the Vice President of Business Development, a role they held for over 11 years. In 2016, Fletcher moved to CapSpecialty, where they initially served as the Head of Marketing and Distribution and was later promoted to the role of Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer in September 2022.

Lynne Fletcher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Marymount College. Lynne also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Hartford.
