Jyoti Mehta

Jyoti is a Senior Associate in the Housing Development team and specialises in acting on behalf of Registered Providers, private developers and real estate investment trusts to advise on matters of development, regeneration projects and planning.

Jyoti assists the team in acting on behalf of Registered Providers in acquisitions of development schemes in relation to golden brick transactions and turnkey projects and advising on planning matters including section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
