Rebecca Ibbotson

Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the claims team. Rebecca specialises in defendant clinical negligence litigation, representing NHS Resolution and a number of NHS Trusts.

Rebecca conducts high value and complex clinical negligence claims across a wide range of medical disciplines, including neurosurgery, obstetrics & gynaecology, orthopaedic surgery and general surgery. Rebecca regularly represents her clients at contested hearings, mediations and joint settlement meetings.

Rebecca is also involved in the Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management as a tutor.

Prior to qualification, Rebecca undertook a pro bono internship in Austin, Texas assisting defence attorneys in capital punishment cases.
