Sally Townsend

Sally is an Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks. Sally joined Capsticks from a regional firm where she gained a broad range of experience acting for private sector clients on commercial property transactions.

Sally has expertise acting for a wide range of clients in lease negotiations, disposals and acquisitions, property finance and development projects. She has previously acted for developers, high net worth individuals as well as small and medium sized businesses.
