Lyndsay Potts

Lyndsay Potts is an experienced professional in the mining industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Pinto Valley Mine at Capstone Copper since November 2022. Prior to this role, significant tenure at Newcrest Mining from February 2009 to December 2022 included various positions such as Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Manager of Mining, Project Manager for Non Manned Mining, and Superintendent of Production PC1. Earlier career roles included positions at SRK Consulting and Xstrata Zinc as a Geotechnical Engineer. Lyndsay holds a Master's degree in Mining Engineering from UNSW (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from RMIT University (2001-2004).
