Vipin Saxena, Ph.D

Vipin Saxena, Ph.D has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Vipin has worked in various roles, starting as a Research Executive at Lupin from September 2005 to October 2006, where they gained experience in the development, optimization, and scale-up of immediate and controlled release formulations. Vipin also gained knowledge in formulation and development of tablets, oral and nasal solutions, injections, and osmotic pumps. Additionally, they learned the process of coating tablets and pellets using a fluidized bed dryer and conducted HPLC method development and validation for different formulations.

From June 2007 to July 2008, Vipin worked as a Research Executive at Indoco Remedies Ltd. During this time, they gained further experience in the development, optimization, and scale-up of formulations for NDA 505 (b) (2) and ANDA filings. Vipin also continued their work in formulation and development, as well as learning the coating process using a fluidized bed dryer.

Vipin then joined Tolmar Inc. in March 2013 as a Formulation Scientist until December 2015. In this role, they furthered their expertise in formulation development.

From December 2015 to September 2017, Vipin served as a Research Fellow/Principal Scientist at Medefil, Inc. Here, they continued to contribute their expertise in formulation development.

Vipin'smost recent position is Senior Director Product Development at Capstone Development Services Co, LLC, where they have been working since September 2017.

Vipin Saxena, Ph.D, has a comprehensive education history in the field of pharmaceutical sciences and medical sciences. From 1998 to 2003, they attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. Following this, they pursued further studies at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Master of Pharmacy degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. In 2008, Vipin Saxena enrolled at North Dakota State University to further enhance their knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences. However, the specific degree obtained during their time at North Dakota State University is not mentioned. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Texas A&M University, where they successfully received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Medical Sciences.
