Marc Rouse

Marc Rouse has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on low emission microturbine systems. Marc currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Capstone Green Energy, where they work with distribution partners and customers to provide energy solutions that reduce carbon footprints and energy costs. Prior to that, they were the Principal Sales Engineer at Cal Microturbine, the distributor for Capstone Green Energy in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. During their time there, they played a crucial role in growing the business to become Capstone's top revenue distributor. Marc also has experience at Capstone Turbine Corporation, where they held various positions including Director of Sales for the USA and Canada, and Regional Sales Manager for the Western USA. Marc successfully led distribution efforts and achieved record revenue for the company in the energy efficiency and oil and gas sectors. Before joining Capstone Turbine Corporation, Marc worked as the General Manager and Business Development Consultant at General Vortex Energy Inc., where they managed resources for R&D projects. Marc's early career includes roles at Dresser-Rand Co and Solar Turbines Inc., where they gained experience in controls engineering, process control, and hardware/software design engineering. With their extensive background and expertise, Marc has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Marc Rouse attended Rice University from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics.
