Daniel Rushton has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were a Head Chef at The Stables Restaurant and Cafe. In 2009, they worked as a Team Member for KFC UK & Ireland. In 2010, they began working for BAE Systems as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Build Line Support Engineer, and Technical Apprentice. In 2012, they were a Mechanical Designer for World Skills UK. From 2014 to 2017, they worked for Booth Industries Limited as a Master Scheduler & Continuous Improvement, Shop Floor Manager, and Production Planning Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Consultant for Safran and Managing Director for DJR Engineering Services LTD. Currently, they are an Operations Manager for Wayland Additive.

Daniel Rushton has a comprehensive educational background. Daniel obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Burnley College from 2008 to 2010. Daniel then went on to receive a Higher National Certificate in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Longridge Teaching Centre from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, such as A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement, Business Development: Strategic Planning, Executive Leadership, How to Handle Poor Performers, Leading in Crisis, and Operations Management Foundations.
