Kristin Spear

Kristin Spear has experience working in recruitment, real estate, sales, and as a recruiter. Currently a Recruitment Specialist at Capstone ISG, Kristin previously worked as a Realtor/Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and as a Recruiter at Netpique. Additionally, Kristin was a Sales Representative at Mirra, where Kristin helped launch a consumer-based server/networking device. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts/Sociology from Roanoke College. Throughout their career, Kristin has utilized various tools to find, screen, and interview candidates for positions across the country.
