David Gairhan

David Gairhan has extensive experience in the logistics industry, working for companies such as Capstone Logistics, LLC, FedEx Express, and FedEx Corporation. David held the position of Vice President of Operational Excellence at Capstone Logistics, where they were responsible for various areas including recruiting, training, safety, risk management, Six Sigma, start-ups, travel, loss prevention, and quality assurance. David successfully lowered the company's occupational incident rate and established a culture of safety throughout the company. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager AGFS at FedEx Express, leading multiple management teams and overseeing operations with up to 10 direct and 250 indirect employees. At FedEx Corporation, they held the position of Senior Manager Hub Operations.

David Gairhan attended The University of Memphis from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources.
