Justin Miller

Justin Miller has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Justin is currently serving as the Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions at Capstone Logistics, LLC, where they lead all aspects of the company's M&A strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at CIBT, where they led the global M&A strategy. Justin also worked as a Senior Associate at MCG Capital, focusing on the deployment of junior debt and equity capital for private equity backed acquisitions. Overall, Justin has a strong background in deal execution, investment sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and legal documentation.
