Paul Ayers

Paul Ayers has a strong background in transportation and logistics with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Paul is currently working as the Senior Director of Partnership at Capstone Logistics, LLC. Previously, they worked at Red Classic Transportation Services, LLC as the Director of Regional Operations, overseeing operational teams across multiple states and achieving key performance indicator targets. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager at Choptank Transport, where they developed new business ventures and maintained positive relationships with carriers. Paul also served as the Vice President of Logistics at Conard Logistics, managing sales, operations, and accounts for a freight brokerage company division. At Swift Transportation, Paul held various roles including Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Operations Manager On-Site, and Dedicated On-Site Manager, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and optimized efficiency and profitability.

Paul Ayers attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2015, they also completed the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) Program.
