William Meyer

William Meyer currently serves as General Counsel at Capstone Logistics, LLC since 2023. Prior to this role, William was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rubicon from 2016 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing legal functions for a sustainability-focused technology firm and overseeing a successful SPAC transaction leading to an NYSE listing. Earlier experience includes positions as Deputy General Counsel and Associate Counsel at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP (2012-2016), where William managed complex litigation related to corporate and technology issues, and an associate role at King & Spalding (2008-2012), supporting corporate litigation and due diligence for various sectors. William holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
