Shannon Cullen

Based in Boston, Shannon has over 20 years of HR and operations administration experience. She manages the firm’s core human resources operations and is tasked with enhancing the CSHW experience for all employees. Prior to the acquisition of Headwaters MB, in which she was an instrumental team member, Shannon ran all operational and support functions for Capstone Partners. Prior to Capstone, she managed operations at Claflin Capital Management, a venture capital firm, and Lexecon Inc., an economic consulting firm. Shannon was also responsible for investment banking operations at Robertson Stephens.
